This system is intended to provide complete flexibility for the laboratory that has occasional
requirements for larger scale cell culture. The High Flow Quad has been modified to double the flow rate produced.
It can support the medium scale cartridges (410-010 and 410-011) and larger cartridges
(400-004) in the same unit and at the same time.
The use of more than 2
large cartridges at one time is not recommended as the space available in the incubator for
medium reservoirs becomes a constraining factor. The high flow Quad has also been used for the
culture of endothelial cells under high level of shear stress. Up to 50 dynes/cm2
can be generated using the high flow Quad
