Spectrum Laboratories announced the launch of the KrosFlo® Research II TFF System for performing or
monitoring the ultrafiltration or microfiltration of volumes ranging from 2 mL to 10 liters. The KrosFlo
Research II TFF System can be used to maintain a validated separation or characterize a process for scale-up.
Operated by a 2.3 LPM peristaltic pump, the KrosFlo hollow fiber module quickly and efficiently filters while the
disposable flow path minimizes hold-up volume. The system includes the KrosFlo Digital Pressure Monitor that reads and
displays process pressures. The monitor is equipped with alarms that can shut off the pump under high or low pressure
conditions. The monitor also interfaces with a PC to record all process data into proprietary KF Comm data collection
