Minimum Order
There is currently no minimum order amount for orders placed via the web.
Shipping Policy
Orders received by 12:00 noon Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day
as long as the credit card used is valid or the purchase order is for an already established account.
We will attempt to ship via the carrier you select when you place the order;
circumstances may dictate that we use an alternate carrier offering similar freight terms.
Freight terms are normally FOB shipping point, prepaid and added to the invoice.
Customers are welcome to provide their shipper account numbers to ship consignee billing or freight collect.

Web orders may be charged to Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express® credit cards only. Your credit card is billed upon
shipment of your merchandise. If your order ships or bills to Texas, California, Illinois, or Maryland and it is exempt
from sales and use taxes you will need to provide documentation to support this.
Web orders billed against a purchase order without payment by credit card may be delayed for

Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Contact

Product returns must be within 90 days of the invoice date. Requests for return of product can
not be processed without the Spectrum invoice number. A 30 percent restocking fee will be
deducted from the credit amount on all returns except for those made due to quality issues.
Samples
Sample products are distributed on an "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees that
they will ship on time or that they will be suitable for use. We reserve the right to
limit quantities without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue the sample
program without prior notice.
Privacy
Spectrum will not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise provide to a third party the information you provide to us on this
web site in exchange for monetary payments. Since we deal with a variety of independent distributors and dealers,
we may decide that one of these distributors or dealers may be able to assist us in meeting your needs.
If we decide that one of our distributors or dealers can assist us, we may provide them with your purchasing
history and/or your contact information.
Spectrum collects the following information:
- Your general location (approximate continent). This is used when requesting current pricing for ordering purposes. It allows us to determine which of the international price lists to reference.
- Your name and address. This is required when placing an order and allows us, if it should become necessary, to contact you concerning your order.
- Your shipping name and address. This is used when placing an order so that the goods can be delivered to you in a timely fashion.
- How you came to this web site. This is used to provide sales incentives to our dealers and associates.
- The information your web browser reports about your computer display.
Spectrum places up to 4 identifiers on your computer using "cookies". These are related to the shopping functions.
If you elect to not have cookies stored on your computer, these are temporary cookies and are discarded by your
browser when you close its window; if you elect to have cookies stored on your computer these will remember
your identity for a little more than a year after your most recent visit.
